To expand her capacity and to better serve her rapidly growing audience, Caitlin added photographers to her team in 2022. Caitlin only takes on a limited number of weddings each year; thus, her team began to grow! By developing a company of kick ass associate photographers (aka. "the honeysquad") who are trained and equipped with the same skills and knowledge, you'll be receiving the signature Caitlin Louisa luxury experience, as well as Caitlin's expertise wedding knowledge (which is 6 years of tips, tricks, planning advice and strategies I've learned along the way).
Essentially, our team is an incredible extension of Caitlin in both personality + shooting style! Caitlin trusts her team with her brand & company to add to your day and put you at ease throughout your experience. We promise you that the experience you'll be receiving from our team is an incredible one!

meet the honeysquad
Caitlin handles all of the bookings! She'll be the one e-mailing you, answering all of your questions, and planning your timelines. Caitlin will be the touch point between you and our team, organizing everyone and preparing them for your wedding day!
You'll absolutely meet the associate photographer that will be present with you on your wedding day prior to your event. Should your desired collection NOT include an engagement session; we'll arrange for a Zoom call (between you and your photographer) about 3 weeks before your wedding day to go over the final timeline together & get to know one another.
If you DO have an engagement session, your associate photographer will be photographing your session (as well as handling the date selection, etc within their own calendar) so you'll have lots of getting to know you time through that process as well!
Caitlin will be here to help you along your planning process. If you aren ot working with a planner and need some extra input, the welcome guide (sent to you after your booking) features everything you could need to know about each part of the day and how to plan it out to be the most enjoyable day. Caitlin will, of course, be available via e-mail to help with any questions you may have along the way!

Caitlin will handle your gallery's image editing & touch-ups. You'll get her refined eye, attention to detail and post-production experience so they look as timeless as the rest of her portfolio imagery.
As with all of our collections, you'll receive a little "sneak peek" of a handful of images within 7 days of the wedding date so you have something to post, share, and print for thank-you cards. Your final gallery will be delivered to you via Canada Post within 16 weeks of your wedding date!
Hey! I’m Nicole! I was originally born in Brandon but my family moved us to Winnipeg when I was a lil one year old!
Growing up, my Mom always had a camera in her hand; I’m an only child, so, it meant I was her main muse! I learned a lot from her but it was a high school photography program that really launched me into my career trajectory. It blended my love for people and their stories, with the creative art of pulling those stories out and documenting them. The thing I love most about wedding photography is that, “holy shit” moment that happens right after the first kiss. It’s written all over your faces when the officiant announces you as married AF and it’s a wonderful thing to witness the joy and celebration you get to share with all the people you love most in the world!
I’m a sucker for crepes (Kawaii is my fave), a Starbucks beverage, and I’m a slut for iced tea forever!
I may live in the prairies but I’m an ocean girlie at heart! Growing up, I travelled with my family a lot and one of my favourite past times on trips was snorkeling with my Dad! When I was 16, I was able to get my scuba diving license and it’s been the most rewarding gift ever; I’ve had the opportunity to see 400+ year old turtles, pet sharks, and experience an entirely different world far below sea level. Easily one of the most incredible experiences is when you reach “equal buoyancy” on a dive (usually just before a cliff). You’re weightless in the water, the coral has stopped growing, and you’re looking at endless open blue. It’s a terrifying, exhilarating, and soul-searching moment every single time and I always love the peace that settles into my heart right then.
